Workplace Giving
Community Health Charities of Texas (CHC) allows you to designate where you want your healthcare contributions to go. To have your donations directed to ALSA, Greater Houston Chapter, use the following codes on the CHC of Texas pledge form.

Link your Randalls Remarkable Card to our account #11123 (at courtesy booth).
Call 713-942-2572 to request a Kroger Share Card and it will be mailed.
