Equipment Loan

The Greater Houston Chapter has an Equipment Loan Program. Equipment is available for loan to those who have no insurance, have limited insurance coverage, are waiting for ordered equipment to arrive, or are traveling to the area and would benefit from borrowing equipment during their stay. Donations of wheelchairs, both manual and electric, electric life chairs/recliners, scooters, 4 wheel walkers, transfer boards, beds, mobile arm supports, ramps, lap trays, assistive speech devices, and other gently used equipment is gratefully accepted. Donations are tax deductible.

For a patient in need of borrowing equipment from the loan closet, please contact our office at 713-942-2572. Donations are made based on need and availability. All equipment is loaned and is expected to be returned to the chapter when no longer needed. An agreement is required to be signed upon receipt of equipment for loan.
